THE CAREER DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR
Our flagship project is the annual Career Development Seminar for Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E.) Candidates in underprivileged schools (the “CDS”). The CDS integrates education, social engagement, and career readiness into a comprehensive program. The seminar is a crucial platform where young professionals engage with students on a variety of essential topics, including: academic development, people management skills, faith and ethics, career opportunities, time management and self-motivation. During the CDS, the Foundation supports students by providing essential supplies, such as stationery for the B.E.C.E., books, cash prizes and refreshments.

IMPACT AND GROWTH
Since its inception in 2021, the Career Development Seminar (CDS) has experienced remarkable growth, expanding each year in both reach and impact. What began with just 70 students from 2 schools has now grown to serve over 2,000 students from 60 schools by 2024. The rapid expansion underscores the critical need for this initiative and highlights the transformative impact of the CDS on the communities we serve. Over the past four years, we have successfully supported about 50% of participants in enrolling and remaining in senior high schools across the country.
Beyond the CDS, the Foundation also offers financial aid, ensuring a seamless transition for students as they advance through various educational levels, fostering continuity and reducing barriers to success. Mentors are also readily available to offer guidance and life advice, closely monitoring students' academic progress and providing ongoing encouragement. These contributions help create a nurturing environment where young individuals are empowered to thrive and succeed. The CDS and the Foundation’s ongoing efforts are more than just programs—they are lifelines that empower underprivileged students to overcome challenges, aspire for more, and build brighter futures.
