Princess Akuwa Agbesi
Founder and Executive Director
Princess is a chartered tax consultant and legal practitioner with a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial law, tax, and alternative dispute resolution. Experiencing firsthand the stark disparity between rural and urban education quality during her early years in rural schools, Princess developed a deep, personal ambition to make a difference. As the founder of the ING Leaders Foundation, she has dedicated her career to advancing opportunities for students from underprivileged communities, providing them with resources, mentorship, and guidance to pursue higher education and fulfilling careers.

Offeibea Asante
Co-Founder and Director of Development
Offeibea Asante is a legal practitioner with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, international trade, debt recovery, and property law. As Co-Founder of ING Leaders Foundation, she leverages her legal expertise to drive the Foundation's mission of providing mentorship, academic support, and soft skills training to students in underprivileged communities in Ghana. Growing up as the daughter of a public schoolteacher, Offeibea saw firsthand the challenges faced by under-resourced schools, fueling her dedication to support youth in overcoming barriers to education.

Rev. Jacob Coffie Agbesi
Director, Mentorship and Counseling
Jacob is a retired minister of religion with over 30 years of experience in counseling, guidance, and mentorship. Growing up in a rural community, he transformed his own life and now leverages his journey to inspire underprivileged youth. With a background in counseling, conflict resolution, and community engagement, he offers empathetic support, strong moral guidance, and motivational mentorship. His skills in character building and leadership empower children to navigate challenges and reach their full potential, while his experience in fostering community connections provides a robust support network for their growth.

Mr. Seth Asiedu
Assistant Director of Education and Community Outreach
Mr. Seth Asiedu is an educator, social worker, and community leader with 25 years of experience in education and social development. He has overseen academic programs for underserved communities, built partnerships with local organizations, and led initiatives to enhance educational standards. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Director of Education and Community Outreach at ING Leaders Foundation, focusing on educational equity and community development.
